MillionTreesNYC is a citywide, public-private initiative with an ambitious goal: to plant and care for one million new trees across the city's five boroughs over the next decade. Launched by the Parks Department and New York Restoration Project, it is a collaboration of many partners, including community-based and nonprofit groups, government agencies, businesses, private property owners, and all New Yorkers.
