City Parks Foundation presents its Fall 2008 lineup of fitness programs for New Yorkers ages 60 and over. Enjoy free tennis lessons, yoga instruction, and fitness walking in nine parks across the city!

Learn to RideParks and Bike New York have developed classes that make learning how to bike fast, easy, and fun for parents and children alike. Invest three hours in a class and enjoy a lifetime of riding.

Accessible Sports

Sled hockey and Paralympic soccer and track & field are our most recent additions to accessible programming. You can also find adaptive tennis, sit aerobics classes, wheelchair football, basketball and softball, power soccer, quad rugby, and more.  Looking for an adventure? Many of the features at the Alley Pond Adventure Course are accessible.
